Key Maintenance Projects to Keep in Mind for Back to School

Oil Level
Whether you're heading back to college far away, or driving the kids to school every morning, make sure you've gotten a conventional oil change within the last 3,000 miles or a full synthetic oil change and oil filter replacement in the last six months or 6,000 miles driven. This also applies if you are in the drop-off lane multiple times a day, or driving back and forth to activities- those short distances add up! Brakes & Tires for Effective Braking
We'll also assess your tire tread depth and make sure each tire is around the recommended 10/32 of an inch. This ensures proper braking and stopping in limited time or distance in all weather conditions. The same goes for your brakes, which is why Towne Toyota will perform a brake inspection. Safety is a number one priority.
Battery Inspection
